Ocvrto jajce pripravimo skupaj z ocvirki, salamo in sirom. Jed je zelo prilagodljiva, saj lahko živila dodajate po svoji volji.

Piščančjo posebno salamo narežemo na ožje kolobarje. Sir narežemo na kvadratke.

Ponev postavimo na štedilnik in ga prižgemo. V ponev z leseno žlico dodamo ocvirke in počakamo, da se raztopijo. Če je potrebno, jih z žlico malo stisnemo, da se hitreje raztopijo.

V ponev ubijemo jajce. Dodamo še poli salamo in sir. Počakamo 20 sekund, nato pa kolobarje salame obrnemo, da se popečejo še na drugi strani. Počakamo še 20 sekund in jed je končana.

Pripravljeno jed iz ponve preložimo na krožnik in postrežemo.
